AnnaZach Software has always specialized in the development of customized integrated nuclear security system software.  We recognize that one version of any software will not meet the needs of every client.  While every company in the nuclear industry follows the same NRC regulations in terms of granting unescorted access to their nuclear plants there is competitive advantage in how well you organize your process to implement those NRC regulations.  AnnaZach Software partners with a client to leverage over 15 years of best practice experience in the nuclear industry to develop a customized software solution that integrates the client’s process into a base version of AnnaZach Software’s flagship software INSS.  The INSS implementation at Exelon continues to stand out as one of the most successful projects ever attempted and completed successfully on time and on budget. When the INSS software version was completed it had replaced 3 key legacy mainframe systems and numerous other smaller systems so that all 11 nuclear plants across a multiple state wide area network used a single system.  This was a 3 phase project driven by the client’s requirements and their outage schedule.

One of the main fabrics of the Exelon version of the INSS software is its multi-site capability.  The software can work for one site or as many as you have in your company.  Everything within the this multi-site version of the INSS software can be done at any one of the sites or inprocessing facilities at the same time.  In addition, in this day and time where companies are trying to do more with less personal this version of the INSS software allows for your staff login to the software and work on behalf of a site that may be in outage even if they are not physically at that site.   This virtual workforce capability has proven to be incredibly valuable to those who can leverage it.

While the base INSS software may not have everything you list in your RFI requirements it does probably have 75% of the core functionality.  It is an expectation on the part of AnnaZach Software on these types of projects that there will be approximately 25% (sometimes a bit more and sometimes a bit less) customized new development.  As a result of this approach the client receives a fully integrated real time solution that is customized to their particular process and needs.
